The Voices Behind the UNAFRAID LIVING Podcast
Hosted by Suzette Parker, Brain Health Professional and Life Coach, with Kim Mills asking the questions many of us are already wondering.
-
Hosting a live call-in radio show in Seattle was Suzette's first podcast-like experience, except she had to think on her feet with a live audience listening. With no time for a scripted response, she and her co-host coached callers in real-time and built a loyal weekly following.
Over the years her career evolved, and she began presenting seminars on military installations across the nation. From speaking with Special Ops teams at Cannon Air Force Base, submarine crews in San Diego to Soldiers at Fort Bragg, she helped those in uniform learn how to navigate relationships under pressure. She also taught seminars locally as a Gottman Trained Educator.
On the Unafraid Living podcast, Suzette connects what’s happening in the brain with what we experience emotionally. She helps listeners understand how thought patterns, habits, and lifestyle shape our mental and emotional health, and shares tools and strategies that provide a steadier, more confident, and resilient way of living.

Kim has been living and breathing podcasts since 2010. With over a decade of experience as a host, editor, and producer, she knows her way around a mic—and a meaningful conversation. She blends sharp technical skills with a warm, natural style that makes every episode feel easy, engaging, and real.
As co-host of Unafraid Living, Kim is the curious guide in the room. She asks the thoughtful questions that dig beneath the surface, helping unpack big topics like anxiety, focus, emotional regulation, and resilience in ways that actually make sense in real life. She’s all about turning science-backed insights into practical takeaways you can use right away.
And behind the scenes? She’s the steady hand shaping each episode with care, clarity, and just the right touch of magic.
